Permitted use
✅
Indexing and auditing your own websites
Submit URLs, inspect index status, and run SEO audits on domains you own or have explicit authorisation to manage. This is exactly what SEOVentra is built for.
✅
Managing client websites as an agency
Agencies and consultants may use SEOVentra to manage multiple client domains, provided they have written authority from each client to perform SEO work on their behalf.
✅
API access for legitimate automation
You may use the SEOVentra API to automate legitimate workflows — bulk URL submission, scheduled audits, data exports — within your plan's rate limits.
✅
Research and benchmarking
Using SEOVentra data to produce internal reports, academic research, or competitive benchmarking is permitted, provided you do not republish raw platform data commercially without our consent.
Prohibited use
🚫
Submitting URLs you do not controlStrict
Do not submit URLs or sitemaps belonging to websites you do not own or have explicit permission to manage. Doing so may constitute unauthorised manipulation of another party's search presence.
🚫
Crawling, scraping, or overloading external sitesStrict
Do not use SEOVentra's crawling infrastructure to aggressively crawl, scrape, or stress-test websites you don't own. Our crawler respects robots.txt — you must too.
🚫
Automated abuse or API floodingStrict
Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits, share API keys across multiple accounts, reverse-engineer the API, or use automated scripts to exhaust resources beyond your plan entitlement.
🚫
Black-hat SEO manipulationStrict
SEOVentra may not be used to facilitate cloaking, doorway pages, link spam, mass-indexing of AI-generated spam content, or any other technique that violates Google's or Bing's webmaster guidelines.
🚫
Reselling without a partner agreement
You may not resell access to SEOVentra, white-label the platform, or charge third parties for access to your account without an explicit written reseller or partner agreement with us.
🚫
Misrepresenting data or reports
Do not present SEOVentra-generated data or audit reports as your own proprietary product, or misrepresent our scores, metrics, or recommendations in a way that could mislead clients or end users.
🚫
Illegal or harmful purposesStrict
Using SEOVentra in connection with illegal activities, phishing, malware distribution, or any conduct that causes harm to people, organisations, or search ecosystems is strictly prohibited.
🚫
Account sharing or credential abuse
Plan limits apply per account. Sharing login credentials across multiple people or organisations to circumvent per-seat or per-domain limits is not permitted.
