SEOVentra operates on a subscription model with monthly and annual billing cycles processed via Razorpay (India) or Stripe (international). We offer a fair, straightforward refund policy β€” we are not in the business of trapping people in plans they don't want.

7-day refund window
If you are unsatisfied with SEOVentra within 7 days of a charge β€” whether it's your first payment or a renewal β€” you may request a full refund for that billing period. No interrogation, no hoops. Just email us with your registered email address and we'll process it within 3–5 business days.

Annual plan cancellations
If you are on an annual plan and cancel within 7 days of your most recent annual charge, you are eligible for a prorated refund for the unused months. After the 7-day window, annual plans are non-refundable but your access continues until the end of the paid period.

Monthly plan cancellations
Monthly subscriptions cancelled after the 7-day window are not refunded for the current period, but your access continues through the end of that billing cycle. You will not be charged again after cancellation takes effect.

Non-refundable situations
Refunds are not provided in the following cases: β€’ Account suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy β€’ Requests made more than 7 days after the charge date β€’ Usage-based overage charges already consumed β€’ Promotional, discounted, or free-trial-converted subscriptions (unless explicitly stated otherwise at purchase)

How refunds are processed
Refunds are returned to the original payment method β€” the card or account used at time of purchase. Razorpay refunds typically clear within 5–7 business days depending on your bank. Stripe refunds generally appear within 5–10 business days. Processing times are outside our control once initiated.

Free plan and trials
SEOVentra's free tier does not involve any payment, so no refund is applicable. If a promotional trial was offered with payment details collected up-front and you were charged unexpectedly, contact us immediately β€” we will resolve it without question.

Goodwill and exceptions
We handle edge cases with discretion. If you experienced a technical failure on our end, were double-charged, or have a compelling circumstance outside the standard policy, contact us. We evaluate these case-by-case and will always aim to do the right thing.
